I want to go on CoverPlus Extra, can you help me?
We sure can, this optional programme offers certainty for you as an individual and we can do this application process for you.

I need financial advice; can you help me?
We have an extensive network of financial advisers and can refer you onto one based on your individual needs and location.

Can you deal with my claim?
We don’t get involved with ACC claims however, if you are disputing a decision, we can refer you to a lawyer to who specialises in ACC claim disputes.

Why do I pay ACC?
Accident Compensation Corporation is a compulsory fund that all income earning New Zealanders contribute to. If you have an accident, ACC will cover medical & recovery costs and compensate you for loss of income and fatal accidents. ACC can be a huge burden on a business so we can help you structure your accounts to ensure you receive maximum benefit for what you are obligated to pay.

What information do you need from me?
In the first instance we will ask you to complete an access form providing some personal/business details and an ACC or IRD number. We then take over and submit this to ACC which will give us full visibility to your account/s. You can find the access form here (link to access form)

What does your service cost?
We have tried to make our service fee as uncomplicated as possible – we charge an annual fee of $199 + GST per ACC account which gives you unlimited access to our time working with you to problem solve your ACC issues.

Is my information safe?
Absolutely! We are a professional organisation, and your privacy is important to us. We will keep your information strictly confidential in accordance with the privacy act 2020.

Will my ACC correspondence still be sent to me?
Yes, we recommend that you receive correspondence directly from ACC by your preferred method – post or email. We will be able to access any communication sent to you via our authority on your account.

Am I able to contact ACC myself?
Yes, you can, anyone can contact ACC directly to discuss their accounts however, we are experts, and we have relationships with account managers who know us and work with us to reach a positive outcome for you.

Can my Accountant handle my ACC?
In our experience Accountants don’t always give the right advice for your situation or, when it comes to problem solving their service may not extend to dealing with ACC. By all means have a chat with your Accountant but remember their hourly rate is a lot more than what we will charge.
