ACC had wrongly cancelled my cover plus extra plan which Natalie had picked up on. She went into battle with them and was knocked back & fobbed off by ACC employees that told her ‘NO’ more than once. Natalie kept plugging away and ended up getting a positive result for me with ACC agreeing to reinstate my cover plus extra plan. I wouldn’t have known how to deal with ACC and probably would have accepted their first decision. Natalie was pro-active and tenacious with persevering until she got a fair and reasonable outcome for me.

When I took over my business as an invested Shareholder our ACC accounts were a shambles, there was no order to the payments which made budgeting very confusing. Natalie helped to clarify the four accounts and provided me with a detailed spreadsheet of the accounts and scheduled payments. She also gave us sound advice relating to employees vs contractors and the ACC ramifications to the business. She has liaised with ACC on my behalf and helped with setting up payment plans. This has been most helpful as I don’t have the time or patience with deal with ACC.

As a horse trainer we were paying astronomical ACC levies. Natalie and Clinton reduced that significantly by restructuring our ACC plans. They switched us to Cover Plus Extra and put one of us on an administration code. Natalie has dealt directly with ACC on my behalf for setting up payment plans, she found an error with their charging, she has managed provisional reassessments and cancelled accounts that were no longer required. Our ACC accounts were 100% simplified and current earlier this year.

Natalie manages my ACC account, she receives all correspondence and forwards onto me with an explanation of what I need to do. If I am unsure about anything I contact Natalie and she has no hesitation with clarifying things for me. She has taken away the stress of dealing with ACC and I know I can rely on her to ensure everything is kept current which allows me to focus on building my business.
