ACC had wrongly cancelled my cover plus extra plan which Natalie had picked up on. She went into battle with them and was knocked back & fobbed off by ACC employees that told her ‘NO’ more than once. Natalie kept plugging away and ended up getting a positive result for me with ACC agreeing to reinstate my cover plus extra plan. I wouldn’t have known how to deal with ACC and probably would have accepted their first decision. She had provisional levies reassessed for the business and dealt with the cancellation of an account that was no longer needed due to relinquishing all employees.

ACC stuffed up by not updating the bank account on one of our CPX accounts which resulted in a cancellation, Natalie rectified this with ACC and they reinstated the account.
